Return & exchange policy

  1. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery (domestic and international).
  2. Exchanges are available for all our customers if the size is incorrect.
  3. We cannot cover or refund the shipping cost, which includes any payment for delivery or return of the item. Our refund only covers the cost of the item.
  4. Ensure that all items are completely undamaged, unworn, and packaged in their original packaging.
  5. Once we receive your return, our team will carry out a quality assessment. Unfortunately, if it has been returned damaged or worn in any way, we will not be able to refund you.
  6. Include a note inside with your order number and full name and send it back to the email address that was sent to you.
  7. Please email us at silkandcomfort@gmail.com for the return address.
  8. For International Returns: When labelling the customs form, please label the package as "RETURNED GOODS- ZERO CUSTOM VALUE." Any custom duties charged to Silk & Comfort will be subtracted from your refund amount if this is not done.
