Shipping policy

We make it a priority to process and ship your order within the next business day.

- All orders are shipped via Canada Post*. A shipping notification email will be sent to your email address when your order has been shipped.  

- Please ensure that the shipping and billing information are complete, valid, and correct. Delays in processing may be caused by missing or inaccurate information. If the shipping address is a P.O box, ensure that it is capable of receiving parcel deliveries. If the address is not accurate and cannot be delivered, we are not responsible.

- Silk & Comfort cannot be held accountable for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable and won't provide refunds, exchanges, or replacements. However, if you encounter any delivery issues, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve them with the post office on your behalf.

- If a refund is requested, any expenses associated with the package while it was in transit (such as the cost of shipping, the cost of returning the package, any applicable taxes, and duties) will be deducted from the refund amount.

- In order to pick up parcels that are held at the nearest post office, make sure to retrieve them in a timely manner as instructed on the delivery notice card. The post office cannot hold your package for an extended period of time. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may be subject to additional fees if they are requested for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, the cost of the original shipping and package return will be deducted from the refund amount.

- The delivery time listed are only estimates and do not factor in delays due to holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather, natural disasters, postal strikes, and any unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to help with any shipping delays, however, we cannot be responsible and will not issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.
